Receiving Pens
(Remote Drop-Off Locations)
Live Oak Livestock Auction, Inc. offers multiple receiving pen locations across South Texas to provide added convenience for our consignors.
Customers may deliver livestock to any of the locations listed below, and Live Oak Livestock Auction will transport the cattle to our sale facility in Three Rivers for a pro-rated freight charge.
How the Receiving Pens Work.
- Livestock are identified with tags and checked in to their respective owners at each receiving location, just as they would be at our main facility
- All locations provide abundant feed, fresh water, and protection from the weather
- Cattle are cared for by experienced personnel
- Livestock delivered to receiving pens are transported to Three Rivers on Sunday evening prior to our Monday sale
This system allows sellers across South Texas to consign cattle efficiently while ensuring proper handling and accountability from arrival to sale.
